Fabrication
We fabricate many types of slings and assemblies. From wire ropes slings, chain slings, web slings, round slings, high-performance slings, rope assemblies, and tie-down assemblies. If you’re looking for a custom sling or an assembly, we’ve got you covered.
A full line rigging shop in the central Pacific region. We offer custom fabrication for all the different types of slings and assemblies with the ability for same day service! We currently stock a vast array of sizes and types of wire rope, synthetic rope and chain with all the necessary accessories to fabricate rigging assemblies that will meet your every need.
We also do a number of both in-house and on-site hot zinc or resin socket pours for a wide range of marine applications. Repair
Our repair services includes fixing and servicing hoists, winches and other rigging equipment. At CWR Hawaii, we offer complete repair, service and testing of manual, electric, and pneumatic hoists and winches. We repair hand chain, lever chain, electric chain, pneumatic hoists. We also repair electric and pneumatic winches and plate clamps.
- We are an authorized repair station for Harrington Hoists, Ingersoll-Rand, JET, Columbus-McKinnon products, and many other brands
- All repairs are done in house and proof load tested (Static and Dynamic)
- CWR is capable of testing hoists up to 25 Tons

WIRE ROPE PRESSURE LUBE
Kirkpatrick Wire Rope Lubrication Systems are excellent for Wire Rope & Cable Lubrication and Cleaning. In only one application, wire rope can have its surface and groove pattern scraped clean of product build-up and grit, while at the same time new lubricant is uniformly applied to the newly cleaned surface. Coating product then fills any open spaces within the groove pattern, and internal strands open to receive it. This is accomplished as the wire rope passes through a controlled, 100% pressurized, immersion within the Internal Seal Lubrication Chamber. Surface moisture trapped within the internal strands is displaced and replaced with the newly applied wire rope coating product.
Dynagard Blue™ is an Unleaded Environmental Wire Rope Lubricant. This coating is non-sheening and excellent for resistance to softening under severe working conditions, water resistant, extreme pressure, and compatible with all Kirkpatrick Wire Rope Lubrication Systems in addition to Manual Applications.
